Definitions a. "Merchant" refers to Gurukul Mahavidhyalay. b. "Payment Gateway" refers to the service provider offering online payment processing services. c. "Students" refers to individuals or entities making payments to Gurukul Mahavidhyalay. Service Description a. The Payment Gateway shall provide secure and reliable online payment processing services to Gurukul Mahavidhyalay. b. The services may include payment collection, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and related features.

1. Merchant Obligations a. Gurukul Mahavidhyalay shall provide accurate and up-to-date information required for account setup and payment processing. b. The Merchant shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. c. Gurukul Mahavidhyalay shall be responsible for the goods or services provided to the Students.

2. Fees and Charges a. Gurukul Mahavidhyalay agrees to pay the fees and charges as agreed upon with the Payment Gateway for the use of their services. b. The Payment Gateway shall provide a breakdown of fees, including transaction fees, setup fees, monthly fees, and any other applicable charges.

3. Payment Processing a. The Payment Gateway shall process payments made by Students on behalf of Gurukul Mahavidhyalay. b. The Merchant shall ensure that all payment transactions are legitimate and comply with the Payment Gateway's policies. c. The Payment Gateway may impose limits or restrictions on transaction amounts, processing volumes, or specific payment methods.

4. Security and Compliance a. Gurukul Mahavidhyalay shall implement necessary security measures to protect Customer data and prevent unauthorized access. b. The Merchant shall comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and maintain appropriate data security practices. c. The Payment Gateway shall employ industry-standard security measures to protect transaction data and prevent fraud.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks a. Gurukul Mahavidhyalay shall handle all customer refund requests and initiate refunds promptly as per their refund policy. b. The Payment Gateway shall facilitate the refund process and provide necessary tools and support. c. The Merchant shall be responsible for any chargebacks or disputes initiated by Students and shall provide necessary documentation and evidence.

6. Termination a. Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice, subject to any contractual obligations or penalties. b. The Payment Gateway may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of non-compliance with the terms or suspected fraudulent activities.

7. Liability and Indemnification a. Gurukul Mahavidhyalay shall not hold the Payment Gateway liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from the use of their services. b. The Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold the Payment Gateway harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from the Merchant's actions or omissions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gurukul Mahavidhyalay is located. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
